When designing container bags, the user's application conditions should be considered, and the materials and proportions should be selected reasonably. The anti-aging ability of plastic products under sunlight exposure is a question that is currently being paid more attention to. However, in addition to this, the broken wire of ton bags is also a very serious situation. The following editor will tell you what will cause the ton bag to break.
1. The ambient temperature is too low. When the ambient temperature is too low, generally below 5°C, the flat wire of the ton bag will be obviously brittle, and the probability of broken wire will increase significantly. When it is below 10°C, brittle breakage may occur. The effect of low ambient humidity on the broken wire of the flat wire is not as sensitive as temperature. Generally, when the relative humidity is below 50%, it is easy to break the wire. However, when the ambient temperature is low and the relative humidity is low, it is easy to break the wire.
2. The strength of individual warp wires is low. The reason for the low strength of the warp wires of individual ton bags may be that the surface or the two end faces of the spindle are scratched by hard objects during the transportation turnover process, and there are large impurities, unmelted masterbatch or crystal points in the flat wire fiber structure. Except for recycled materials, some flat yarns are too thin or too narrow, so they generally do not break.
3. Flat yarn fluffing. Some flat yarns with fluffing in ton bags begin to break when they pass through the friction of various threading holes and palm fiber holes during weaving. The already split yarns are rolled by the shuttle and rubbed by the guardrail, and the phenomenon of broken yarns occurs frequently.
4. Bamboo yarns and defective yarns. Large bamboo yarns and wide flat yarn bamboo yarns are difficult to pass through the palm fiber holes and are pulled apart. The bamboo yarn itself is not stretched, the strength is low, and the palm fiber holes are slightly blocked, which may cause the yarn to break.
