Ton bags are also called container bags, safety and lifting details

Ton bags are also called container bags. They are suitable for packaging chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical raw materials, plastic raw materials, food additives, feed additives, metallurgical powders, ore powders, refractory materials and other industries that are suitable for ton bag packaging. The design of container bags must meet the following four key points.
1. Safety
It mainly refers to the strength of the container bag. When designing, the packaging volume, the weight of the load and the number of packaging units should be considered. It is also necessary to consider the distance of transportation and the number of times of handling, and what kind of transportation tools and methods to use. In the GB/T10454-2000 national standard for container bags, the technical indicators of the base fabric and slings of the container bag are strictly stipulated. From a safety perspective, it is clarified that the structure of the container bag is all bottom hanging structure. The safety factor must reach 1.8.
2. Storage
The materials should be reasonably selected and the proportions should be reasonable according to the user's use conditions. The anti-aging ability of plastic products under sunlight exposure is a problem of concern, and it is also a problem that container bags often encounter during actual use. Pay attention to the use of anti-purple agents and the selection of materials during the production process.
3. Usability
When designing container bags, we must fully consider the specific ways and methods of customers using container bags, such as lifting, transportation methods, loading material performance, etc. In addition, we must also consider whether it is food packaging, and whether it is non-toxic and harmless to the packaged food.
4. Sealing
Different packaging materials have different sealing requirements. For example, powders or toxic items, items that are afraid of contamination have very strict requirements on sealing performance, and materials that are prone to moisture or mildew also have special requirements for air tightness. Therefore, when designing Ton bags, pay attention to the influence of the base fabric laminating process and sewing process on sealing.
In addition, pay attention to the following details during hoisting operations to avoid safety hazards:
1. Do not stand under the container bag during hoisting operations.
2. Please hang the hook in the center of the sling or rope, do not hang it diagonally, on one side or diagonally.
3. Do not rub, hook or collide with other objects during operation.
4. Do not pull the sling in the opposite direction to the outside.
5. When using a forklift to operate a bulk bag, please do not let the fork touch or pierce the bag body to prevent the bulk bag from being punctured.
6. When transporting in the workshop, try to use a pallet to avoid using the hook to carry the bulk bag while shaking it.
7. Keep the bulk bag upright during loading, unloading and stacking.
8. Do not stand the bulk bag upright.
9. Do not drag the bulk bag on the ground or concrete.
10. When it is necessary to store it outdoors, the bulk bag should be placed on the shelf and must be covered tightly with an opaque shed cloth.
11. After use, wrap the container bag with paper or opaque tarpaulin and store it in a ventilated place.
